Chief of medicine
Dr. James T. Quinlan is a graduate of the university of Iowa where he trained as a medical doctor. He specialized in Opthalmology and brings over 25 years of clinical experience to Beijing Jinsong Outpatient Clinic. Dr. Quinlan has practiced in many parts of the United States including Oklahoma, Florida, Illinois and Michigan. He arrived in Beijing in June of 2010 to lead the Puhua Outpatient Clinic team and to serve the international community.
In addition to his long career as a medical doctor, Dr. Quinlan is an accomplished writer and U.S. Army major.
