Q: How much does stem cell treatment cost?
A: The costs of our packages differ depending on your condition, what procedures the doctors will use to deliver the stem cells and how many stem cells will be delivered. Please write to us regarding your specific condition and we will be able to get back to you with a more exact price quote.
Q: If I choose Tiantan Puhua Hospital for stem cell treatment, how long do I have to be in China for?
A: Most of our packages are 5 weeks long, but this differs depending on what you are being treated for. Please contact us for an evaluation and to find out more.
Q: What makes your stem cell treatments different from other stem cell treatments I have seen?
A: We offer our patients a unique combination of stem cell treatment, rehabilitation, self stem cell activation and proliferation program (promoting the growth of the patients own stem cells) as well as traditional Chinese medicine. Our stem cells programs are carried out at our comfortable, modern facilities in the heart of Beijing’s historical and cultural center.

Q: How many private rooms do you have?
A: We have 25 private rooms and 43 beds at the hospital. We also have 3 intensive care units.

Q: What kind of inpatient cases do you accept?
A: Our inpatients are mainly with us for neurology and neurosurgery, orthopedics, rehabilitation or oncology.
Q: Will my insurance agent cover my procedure?
A: Beijing Tiantan Puhua Hospital has direct billing relationships with a number of insurance companies. We will also help you with the necessary paperwork for your claim. Please contact us to find out if your insurance company is one of our partners.
Outpatient care
Q: What outpatient services do you have?
A: We have full primary medical and surgical care as well as podiatry, orthodontics, counseling, dentistry, chiropractics, hand surgery, cosmetic surgery, orthopedics and gynecology. In addition, we provide specialist outpatient services such as oncology and neurology.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Our inpatient hospital is located near the south gate of the temple of heaven. Our outpatient clinic is located in Jinsong. For more detailed addresses and contact information, please click here.
Q: When are your opening hours?
A: For inpatient care we are open 24 hours a day. Visiting hours are between 08.30 and 17.30. Our outpatient clinic is open between 09.00 and 18.00.
