The temperature difference between the seasons in Beijing is larger, so it is recommended to check the weather in advance.
The daily cost of each person will be different depending on the level of individual consumption. However according to the overall situation, the general costs are: for the diet 100-200 dollars, traffic 10-20 dollars, travel 150-350 dollars, shopping 100-200 dollars (daily necessities)
There is a laundry room in our hospital, so patient can do the laundry at their own expense. The following picture shows the laundry price list:
During much of your stay you will wear your own clothes, nightclothes, robe, slippers and shoes. You will also use your own sanitary and toiletry items (including items such as diapers). Your room is a private, modern and functional hospital room with an in-suite bathroom. Our larger rooms consist of two adjoining rooms with one room for the patient and the other for accompanying relatives or caregivers. There is also a small pantry and a private bathroom with shower facilities in the room. Our standard rooms contain one bed and one sofa bed, a small cooking area and private bathroom facilities for you and your relative or caretaker. We provide complimentary wireless Internet (WiFi) service for visitors and patients. WiFi connectivity is available everywhere within the hospital campus. You can access our free Internet using the SSID/network and passwords listed on your patient card.
Skype, Google Voice, QQ and similar voice-over-internet services are popular in China and generally work well. Please be aware that some Internet services are blocked or restricted from time-to-time.
We have full primary medical and surgical care as well as podiatry, orthodontics, counseling, dentistry, chiropractic, hand surgery, cosmetic surgery, orthopedics and gynecology. In addition, we provide specialist outpatient services such as oncology and neurology.
You need to bring (or buy locally) clothing and shoes that are suitable for the season, personal hygiene articles (toothbrush, hairbrush, comb etc.) any other personal items that you wish to use while in China from home. If you are bringing children, some favorite toys, games and reading material will help them pass the time. Also, feel free to bring your laptop computer, digital camera, mobile phone and personal music player etc.
The hospital does not provide hair dryers. If you need a hair dryer we suggest you bring one (220 V only) or that you buy one locally. Please ask your International Service Coordinator if you need help.
Each room has an LCD television, a small microwave, a small stove, a DVD and a small fridge. English Channels and Arabic channels are available.
Beijing Puhua International Hospital supplies bed clothes and a patient’s kit that includes; a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, tissues and a washbowl; two cutlery sets includes knives, forks, spoons, a towel, dishes and cups.
