According to the hospital’s regulations, the treatment fee should be paid in full before the treatment starts (within 3 days after admission), and payment can be completed through remittance, or credit card, or cash payment (limited to dollars, euro, RMB), or mobile payment.
Puhua Hospital has a direct payment partnership with a number of insurance companies. The hospital will also assist patients and provide proof of follow-up insurance required. If you want to do the direct billing with insurance, then please offer us your insurance card information to be checked and confirmed. At present, Puhua Hospital can provide multilingual services including English, Arabic, Russian, Japanese and German, also one-to-one service is available. So our patients don’t have to pay extra for the translation at the hospital.
